Neil Roland
I've worked with Neil only once but we stay in touch often. Neil is an intensely amusing and charming man and generally thought of as a genuinely nice chap. I first met Neil in person for the first time as he was exhibiting some work at various locations in Manchester. He had just shown a successfully received series of nude studies taken in Manchester suburbs and key locations. I knew Neil's work and I liked his ideas. We agreed to meet, we had lunch, chatted quietly and exchanged ideas. We then did an intial shoot just for ideas and he sent me these two images which were remarkably different for me. I liked them because although they were me, they didn;t really look like me - hard to explain! I look forward to working with Neil again at some point and hope we can collaborate on something good.
